Love love their food, but their deliver serivxe is absolutely horrible. Literally every time, no matter the day or time it takes well over an hour. With no rhyme or reason it takes way too long. Such a shame bc it deters people from ordering from their bc of their poor delivery service. Even when we capp sdter being told 45 min for delivery on a Tuesday evening, 25 minutes later the food is still not there after being told it's on the way. They really really need to correct the delivery services and their business will expand.
Ordered delivery. The estimated time was about an hour which was okay because I wasn't too hungry. I waited till it was over an hour to call to check on the status of the order, and was immediately put on hold. I waited a few minutes, and they never came back on the line. I hung up, and called back. I was greeted by a female who asked if the order was for delivery or take out. I replied that I had already placed an order for delivery and was checking on the status of it. A male came on the phone, and said it's on its way. I thought that meant that the delivery driver had already left, so I asked how long it would be before the driver arrived as I live right around the corner and it only takes two minutes to get to my house from the shop. The male on the phone said that he'd make sure the driver stopped at my house first, and preceded to say that the driver had not even left. The service was terrible, and the food I ordered was not work the wait. I will not be ordering from here again.
Service is great. Prices are great. Very busy place. Very good food!
