Definitely the best, in the area, that I've tried so far.

The food was pretty good but the service so it took an hour to get a order of pepper steak and onion and I called it in

1st: I can only say the meal that was prepared was spot on. The General Tso Chicken and steamed dumplings were fantastic with just enough spice and heat that I can only wish other Chinese restaurants could replicate.
Will I order again..... sure. It was that tasty.
2nd: Because I'm only visiting the area for work and not a local, I really felt I was on the wrong side of the tracks where this restaurant was located. And I visited during the daylight hours.
